You can place an order on the website using the contact form provided or you can contact me directly by email using mrsartjones@gmail.com.
All artworks are sold unframed unless otherwise specified. Payments are to be made by cheque, payable to Alessia Jones. We will email you the postal address once details of your purchase have been agreed.
When your order has been processed, we will send you a full receipt by email.
Limited edition archival quality prints are available to order, in a range of sizes. All of these sizes are to scale of the original’s proportions and will have additional paper, surrounding each print, for mounting and framing purposes. If you have specific requirements in this regard, please specify at the time of making your order.
Alessia Jones will personally oversee the Glicée printing process, to ensure high resolution quality prints and accurate colour matching. All prints are numbered and signed by the artist and sold unframed.
Requests for commissions should be made in writing to the artist, using either the contact form provided or by email using mrsartjones@gmail.com. Alessia Jones is happy to consider commissions to paint portraits, totem connections, landscapes or still lives in theme with her current work portfolio.
Please allow 2-7 working days for Mrs Jones to consider your commission. However, should you not hear from us during this time, please understand that we are unable to reply to all queries submitted.
Prices are available on request and commissioned paintings require a deposit. With regard to limited edition prints, once an edition is almost sold out the price may rise. This is traditional practice within the art industry.
For UK orders, please allow 20 working days for us to process and send your order. If for any reason we are not able to deliver your artwork in this time we will contact you. We send all unframed artworks by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which allows online order tracking and requires a signature on delivery. To specify a day for delivery, when you will be available to sign for the work, please call or email us.

In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate the damage. We will send a replacement if we are able to, or refund you. Please do not return the damaged artwork without notifying us first. If we receive a returned work that is damaged, we cannot guarantee a refund until the damage is investigated.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied you can return your items within 28 days of receipt of delivery, in exchange for a credit note or refund. All items must be returned in suitable, protective packaging and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the work- with the exception of cases where the artwork has arrived with the customer in a damaged condition.
We are not liable for any loss or damage to returned products during transit, and so we strongly advise that items are returned using a recorded delivery service.
